EU foreign policy chiefs have failed to reach an agreement on the allocation of $5bn in military aid to Kiev in 2024.
This was reported by the head of EU diplomacy Josep Borrell. His words are quoted by TASS.
At the same time, he stated the EU’s intention to develop cooperation with Kiev in the field of defence, demining and combating disinformation.
Earlier, Borrel expressed regret that the United States authorities had adopted a temporary budget that did not provide for assistance to Ukraine.
