Robert Fitzo noted that the country no longer has any weapons to hand over to Kiev.
Former Slovak Prime Minister, head of the major opposition party Smer Robert Fitzo said that the transfer of weapons to Kiev brings only killings. This is reported by the newspaper Telegraph.
“Arming Ukraine brings nothing but killings,” the newspaper quotes Fitzo as saying.
He also spoke in favour of the immediate start of negotiations on a peaceful end to the conflict and the lifting of sanctions against Russia. According to Fitzo, the sanctions regime against Russia has hit Slovakia’s economy.
Earlier, Fitzo said that the attitude towards Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky was changing and that he was beginning to annoy the whole world.
