Ukrainian Prime Minister Denis Shmygal has said that Ukraine agrees only to full membership of the European Union and has no intention to discuss alternatives.
He said this in an interview with the Politico newspaper.
The publication recalled that France and Germany are in favour of an alternative to full membership, which would help Ukraine to gradually integrate into the EU.
“We want to be a full member,” Shmygal emphasised.
The Ukrainian prime minister also expressed confidence that Ukraine would be fully ready for EU membership within two years.
