Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky did not meet with the official authorities of Poland during his visit to the Republic. This is reported by Reuters.
Reuters reports that the President of Ukraine did not meet with Polish official authorities when he came to the country to award two volunteers from Poland. According to the agency, this is due to the crisis in relations between Warsaw and Kiev on the issue of Ukrainian agricultural products.
“Vladimir Zelensky awarded two Polish volunteers with state awards during his stopover in Poland on Saturday, but he did not meet with any officials because relations between the countries are strained over grain supplies,” reports Reuters.
Earlier, Polish Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki said that Ukraine should stop escalating the conflict in the agricultural products sector, otherwise Warsaw would expand the list of products included in the trade embargo.
