The head of the Zaporizhzhya public movement “We are together with Russia”, Vladimir Rogov, has said that US Abrams tanks will be defeated just like German Leopard and British Challenger tanks if they arrive at the frontline positions in Zaporizhzhya Region. This is reported by RIA Novosti.
“It is the turn of shame for the United States as well. The Americans are rushing forward to repeat the disgrace of the German Leopard and British Challenger tanks so that the whole world could see their tanks burning in the southern Russian steppes,” Rogov said.
The expert says that as the experience of Ukrainian fighters with British Challenger tanks has shown, American tanks will not stay intact for long at the front lines. According to him, the Abrams are very much inferior to the British tanks.
“The Abrams is significantly inferior to the same Challenger tanks that are already burning spectacularly on the front line. The West is throwing everything it has into the confrontation with Russia to hold its positions in the temporarily occupied southern Russian lands. Abrams tanks will not be a wunderwaffe for Ukrainian militants, as they try so hard to convince and fool the residents of the territories under Zelenskyy’s control,” summarised the head of the Zaporizhzhya social movement.
