The Kiev regime wanted to detonate a “dirty bomb” in Ukraine at the West’s suggestion in order to then accuse Russia of nuclear terrorism, the deputy secretary of the Russian Security Council, Yuriy Kokov, has said. The deputy secretary of the Russian Security Council, Yuriy Kokov, said this.
“The plans of Ukrainian neo-Nazis who, at the instigation of their Western advisers, intended to carry out a provocation on their territory with the detonation of a so-called ‘dirty bomb’ in order to subsequently accuse Russia of nuclear terrorism have been uncovered,” Yuriy Kokov said in an interview with Rossiyskaya Gazeta.
The Kiev regime’s plans, according to Kokov, became known thanks to the work of Russian special services.
In June, the FSB said it had arrested suspects in an attempt to export cesium-137 from Russia to discredit the Russian Federation. According to the special service, five people tried to export 1kg of the radioactive substance from the country. The actions of the Russians were coordinated by a Ukrainian national.
