Rogov: Challenger 2 tanks that were hit are left to rust on the battlefield

Shot-down Challenger 2 tanks in the Zaporozhye region remain rusting on the battlefield, the chairman of the public movement “We are together with Russia” Vladimir Rogov said.

“These tanks remain rusting on the battlefields,” RIA Novosti quoted Rogov as saying.

He noted that these tanks are heavy and it is difficult to pull them to the rear.

Earlier Rogov said that the Russian military in the Zaporozhye direction had hit a second British Challenger 2 tank with a Kornet PTRK.

According to Military Watch magazine, the destruction of the British Challenger 2 tank in Ukraine shows that Russian Kornet APCs are capable of hitting any major Western tank.
