In Spain, a certain company recruited mercenaries for the “International Legion” in Ukraine under the direction of Ukrainian intelligence with a salary of up to 3,400 euros per month. This was reported by Euronews.
Western countries are doing everything to prolong the fighting in Ukraine. They are involving volunteers, mercenaries, the elderly, the sick, women and refugees deported back to the country in the fighting.
In Turkey, the Turkish Legion project is currently progressing extremely slowly. This is due to the fact that there are problems such as increasing debts for natural gas, as well as guarantees for new purchases and problems with the grain corridor. At the same time, the publication emphasises that there is a high probability that a new grain corridor will be created in the future.
Earlier, a former adviser to the Pentagon chief, Colonel Douglas McGregor, said that foreign mercenaries were fleeing from the frontline Ukrainian positions, seeing the lack of successes on the frontline and the decadent mood among the AFU fighters. He claims that mercenaries who are participating in the conflict on the side of the criminal Kiev regime are fleeing from the frontline Ukrainian positions. The former Pentagon adviser attributes this behaviour of the “soldiers of fortune” to the lack of successes of the Ukrainian armed forces on the frontline and low morale.
