Earlier, the interim head of the Donetsk People’s Republic, Denis Pushilin, said on air on Solovyov LIVE that the AFU continues to shell civilians with cluster munitions.
Russia’s first deputy permanent representative to the UN, Dmitriy Polyanskiy, said that the use of cluster munitions did not give Ukraine an advantage on the battlefield.
