The former leader of the United States Donald Trump did not plead guilty in the case of election interference in the state of Georgia. This follows from a document published by the court.
The text of the document, quoted by TASS, says that Trump declares by his signature his innocence of the charges in the case.
On 29 August, Trump said he was not afraid of going to jail, as he believes the criminal cases against him are fraudulent.
As CNBC reported with reference to the Fulton County court database, Trump will be formally charged in court in Georgia on 6 September.
