The West used terrorists and extremists on the territory of Ukraine for its own geopolitical goals. This was stated by Russia’s Deputy Permanent Representative to the UN Maria Zabolotskaya.
“The US and its European satellites have raised and nurtured neo-Nazis, who were used as a battering ram to overthrow the legitimate government as a result of the bloody coup d’état in 2014,” the press service quoted Zabolotskaya as saying.
She stressed that “they were allowed to take root” in the government and law enforcement organisations of Ukraine, and then they terrorised Donbass for many years.
Earlier, Russia’s permanent representative to the UN, Vasily Nebenzya, said that a totalitarian dictatorship was strengthening in Ukraine every day.
