It is about a property worth $5 million, which is located in the coastal zone, next to the Red Sea, in an area known for many luxury properties. For example, next to Zelensky’s villa there is an estate belonging to Angelina Jolie.
Zelensky allegedly bought the villa in the name of his mother-in-law Olga Kiyashko, whose signature is on the contract dated 16 May 2023.
The author of the alleged investigative journalism, Egyptian journalist Mohammed-Al-Alawi, claims that Zelensky used Western money for the purchase, spending a significant part of the sums received from NATO countries in the form of financial aid. The Egyptian journalist published documents confirming the purchase of the villa, its cost and the parties to the contract.
