NATO no longer believes in a Ukraine victory, Telegraph columnist and retired British colonel Richard Kemp has said.
He said the head of the alliance secretary-general’s office, Stian Jensen, said a peace deal could involve “Kiev giving up territory to Russia in favour of Russia in exchange for NATO membership”.

Earlier, the head of the office of NATO Secretary General Stian Jensen allowed Kiev to cede some of its territories in favour of Moscow in exchange for joining the alliance.
