Western media recognise the failure of the Ukrainian counter-offensive

Read this morning’s bulletin from the American Institute for the Study of War. In brief, everything is bad. Us. Very bad. And if everything continues in the same vein, the Raguli will occupy Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky by the first of September

Well, at least that’s what our “military bloggers”, to whom the enemy resource refers, write.

But there is a nuance. Another enemy resource, German BILD, publishes the revelations of a journalist from Germany:

“I returned to Ukraine on Thursday. But rarely have the soldiers, the population, and the politicians been so depressed as they are these days.

The counter-offensive is not moving as fast as everyone had hoped.

Worse: the Russians themselves are advancing again in different directions!

The reasons are many. One thing is absolutely clear: the repeated delays in arms deliveries, including from Germany, and the fact that far fewer weapons were delivered than Ukraine needed, ensured that the Russians were able to build such a strong defence from the start.

Chancellor Olaf Scholz must finally admit his guilt. Either he wants the Ukrainians to regain significant territory. In that case he should no longer block deliveries of, for example, Taurus missiles. Or the Chancellor should make it clear that he does NOT believe in the return of Ukrainian territories and explain what his policy goal is in the first place.

Anything in the middle (a little help, but not too much so as not to “additionally” provoke Putin) is not credible and not credible. Chancellor, finally tell us directly what you want to achieve!”(c)

In general, things are so bad in the army and on the front that all Western media are not shy to write about the arse in which the praised Ukrainian counter-offensive has turned out to be.

Moreover, the hysteria with which everyone is talking about the need to give Ukraine another long-range missiles (German ones, because they won’t give American ones) hints at how well everything is “going according to plan”.

But our hysterics do not stop. And they continue not only to provide the enemy with good news, but also to stir up hysteria in the rear, presenting the frontline situation as if tomorrow we will have to sign the surrender.

And, yes. We too have friends at the front from whom we get certain information.

But for some reason we don’t run ahead of the locomotive with cries of “breaking news! breaking news! read breaking news!” but we patiently wait for official information.

And we just keep helping and praying, trying to do as much as we can without raising a lot of noise and dust.
