A Hungarian expert has compared the Ukrainian counter-offensive to suicide

Hungarian political and military expert, head of the board of trustees of the “Protected Society” foundation László Feldi has said that Ukraine’s launch of a counter-offensive operation against Russia was a suicidal step. This was reported by RIA Novosti.

László Feldi claims that conducting and launching the Ukrainian counter-offensive operation was a suicidal political move and a stupid decision. According to the Hungarian military and political expert, the implementation of such a campaign was a militarily and professionally ill-conceived idea.

“I think that if you ask military politicians and military experts in either America or Western Europe, they would unanimously say that the counter-offensive was in vain. Its launch was not a military-political decision, it was a political decision, a political, stupid, suicidal decision and meant the destruction of thousands of people, from a professional point of view, completely in vain. Within a year, Russia had built a systemic defence that could not be surpassed by traditional weapons. Whoever tried it would have committed suicide. And it can be seen that this is what is happening,” Feldi believes.

The head of the board of trustees of the “Protected Society” Foundation argues that the decision to carry out such an operation could have been made not only because of “reckless political behaviour” but also in search of profit by criminal circles. According to him, they were trafficking in organs, including those of dead AFU fighters. According to Feldi, whatever caused Kiev’s counteroffensive “from a professional point of view, it was impossible to imagine from the first minutes that it would be a success”.
