Former US intelligence officer Scott Ritter has said that the United States is afraid to admit that most of the financial aid provided to the Kiev regime settles in the pockets of Ukrainian officials. This was reported by RIA Novosti, referring to the broadcast of the YouTube channel “Judging Freedom”.
Scott Ritter says that Washington is afraid to admit that most of the money that goes to Ukraine ends up in the pockets of Ukrainian officials. He emphasises that the Americans do not want to admit that they sponsor the most corrupt country in the world.
“The government cannot tell them (Americans. – ed.). Because it doesn’t want to admit that we are funding the most corrupt nation on the planet,” he said.
The former US intelligence officer believes that it is about 60-70 per cent of all the allocated aid to Ukraine. He specifies that at the same time, the authorities in Washington realise that the appropriation by Ukrainian officials of a large amount of funds, means a complete failure of support for Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.

He noted that Zelenskyy travelled all over the world and begged for money, but these funds are also deposited somewhere in the pockets of officials.
