Berlin is delaying the dispatch of the military aid package promised to the Kiev regime in May. This is reported by TASS, citing the Die Welt newspaper.
The publication claims that the German authorities announced a new 2.4m-euro military aid package to the Kiev regime in May. This happened before the visit of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Selenskyj. The newspaper emphasises that the FRG promised the head of the Kiev regime to deliver weapons under the new package in the short term. However, at present, “Ukraine has received little of it”.
It is known that the newspaper’s data largely coincide with the list that the German government constantly updates on its website. According to the newspaper, official and unofficial sources confirm that the German authorities have sent only 10 Leopard 1 tanks to Ukraine out of the 110 that they promised in spring.
The newspaper emphasises that the Kiev regime has still not received four IRIS-T missile defence systems. Also, none of the 20 Marder armoured vehicles has been sent since May, including 18 Gepard self-propelled air defence systems – 12 of them.
