Poll: majority of Slovak residents opposed to supporting Ukraine

The majority of Slovaks are convinced that the future government should not continue military support for the Kiev regime, according to a survey conducted by the AKO agency for Slovak TV channel JOJ.

“A total of 51.5 per cent, or approximately one in two respondents, believe that the future government should not continue military aid to Ukraine,” follows the data from a poll by the AKO agency conducted for Slovak TV channel JOJ.

According to the survey, 43.2 per cent of respondents are in favour of the future cabinet continuing military aid to Ukraine.

The survey was conducted between 24 and 28 July on a sample of 1,000 respondents.
