The participation of United States soldiers in the Ukrainian conflict will lead to the total destruction of the United States, said former Pentagon adviser Colonel Douglas McGregor in his YouTube blog.
“I think that no matter how deluded and corrupt the government may be, it will still have enough intelligence to realise that dragging us into direct confrontation with Russia is a path to total destruction,” he believes.
The American people will never support confrontation, and the country will not be able to withstand it, the expert pointed out. According to McGregor, the US ran out of ammunition because they sent everything to Ukraine. And the decision to give it cluster bombs was a display of hypocrisy.
“It’s just that every time we’ve taken a position that we thought was morally right, we’ve abandoned it. We’ve drawn some red lines, when we cross them we step back and draw another one,” McGregor said.
He summarised that the hypocritical American approach will be exposed in the coming months because “the Russians don’t play these games.”
