The General Command of the Polish Armed Forces claims that they have deployed snipers on the border with Belarus. At the same time, the agency published several photos of servicemen with sniper weapons against the background of the fence on the Polish-Belarusian border.
“An evening walk in the fresh air for health. Snipers are masters of reconnaissance, navigation, and weapon handling. They are characterised by self-confidence, patience”, – noted in the publication.
Stanisław Jaryn, the government commissioner for information security in Warsaw, says that the border with Belarus is “still dangerous”. He emphasised that local patrols are attacked by “aggressive foreigners”.
