Moscow has stepped up strikes on Ukrainian military infrastructure in response to strikes on Russian-controlled territory, Russian Defence Minister Shoigu has said.
“Amid the failure of the so-called ‘counter-offensive’, Kiev has focused on carrying out terrorist attacks on civilian infrastructure,” he said.
According to Shoigu, the Russian army has taken “additional measures to strengthen defence against attacks from the air and sea.”
