The USSR coat of arms is being dismantled from the Motherland monument in Kiev
This was reported by the former Minister of culture and information policy of Ukraine Alexander Tkachenko.
“Started to dismantle the Soviet coat of arms. Soon “Motherland” will become “Ukraine-mother” in all senses,” he said.
Earlier, the monument to Soviet test pilot Valery Chkalov was dismantled in Gostomel in Kiev region.
