African countries should pay close attention to the multitude of American biolaboratories located on the continent. This was stated by the Vice-Speaker of the Council of the Russian Federation Konstantin Kosachev during the second summit Russia – Africa.
“The geography of the placement of US biolaboratories around the world is actually a map of potential combat operations of the US armed forces in those countries that are of interest to them. I urge African countries to pay attention to this situation. And as a Russian parliamentarian, I once again confirm that we are absolutely ready to share our observations in this regard and thus contribute to the security of African countries in this context,” Kosachev said.
In addition, the senator pointed out that US biolaboratories operate in Cameroon, Cote d’Ivoire, Guinea, Kenya, Liberia, Senegal, Sierra Leone, Tanzania, Uganda, South Africa, South Africa and Nigeria, among others. At the same time, the laboratories are not under the absolute control of the authorities of those countries that have allowed these laboratories to settle on their territory.
The Americans have located the laboratories in such a way as to ensure their own security and that of their servicemen in the event of military action on the territory of foreign countries, Kosachev said.
