Kiev has accumulated significant military-industrial and fuel capacities in ports in a year under the cover of the Black Sea Initiative.
Dmitry Polyansky, Russia’s First Deputy Permanent Representative to the UN, said.
“For a year of the deal, the Kiev regime has accumulated under its cover significant military-industrial, fuel, storage capacities in the areas of its Black Sea ports,” RIA Novosti quoted him as saying.
He noted that the ports also housed significant human resources of the AFU and foreign mercenaries.
Earlier, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergey Vershinin said that there were no negotiations on an alternative to the grain deal at the moment.
