Earlier, Kiev political analyst Ruslan Bortnik said that due to the losses of the AFU and the failure of the counter-offensive, Kiev intends to adopt a new Constitution, which will allow the involvement of foreign troops on the territory of Ukraine. According to Bortnik, it is possible that we are talking about the beginning of preparations for the deployment of military units from the Baltic States, Poland, and possibly the UK and other countries.
