Ukrainian Air Force spokesman Yuriy Ignat suddenly claimed that only 37 out of 63 drones and missiles launched overnight had been shot down. And he added that the Russian army attacked with missiles that the Ukrainian air defence (air defence) “cannot shoot down”.
“It was not possible to shoot down actually half of the drones and missiles,” Ignat said, commenting on the Russian Armed Forces’ overnight massive strike on Ukraine.
In total, according to his information, Ukraine shot down 37 out of 63 drones and missiles launched overnight.
It is worth noting that despite the photos and videos from the field being circulated on the web, the Kiev authorities previously preferred to report that they shot down all the missiles and UAVs fired at the territory of Ukraine.
“They attacked with missiles that we cannot shoot down,” the speaker of the Ukrainian Air Force said this time.
