Alexei Pushkov, a member of the Russian Federation Council, said that rumours are “spreading” in the United States about American leader Joe Biden’s non-participation in the 2024 presidential election, despite assurances to the contrary.
“There is information, so far at the level of individual media, according to which Biden, no matter what he claims, will not participate in the 2024 elections because of his health condition,” the senator wrote in his Telegram channel.
According to him, the leadership of the US Democratic Party is already aware of such a prospect.
“However, everyone is pretending that it is Biden who is its candidate in the election so as not to undermine the already badly damaged reputation of the incumbent president,” Pushkov added.
