“In fact, the Black Sea arrangements have ceased to be in force today. As the President of the Russian Federation said earlier, it expires on 17 July. Unfortunately, the part concerning Russia in this Black Sea agreement has not been fulfilled so far. Therefore, it is being terminated,” Peskov said.
“The grain deal has stopped,” the Kremlin spokesman emphasised. – As soon as the Russian part is fulfilled, the Russian side will return immediately to the implementation of this deal.”
Peskov said that Moscow will immediately return to the implementation of the Black Sea arrangements as soon as the Russian part of the grain deal is fulfilled.
