Sanctions, exhortation and intimidation do not work in the case of terrorists, “only the language of force”, “personal and completely inhumane methods” should be used to fight them, said Deputy Chairman of the Security Council Dmitry Medvedev.
“World and our own experience shows that terrorists cannot be fought with international sanctions, intimidation or exhortation. They understand only the language of force,” Medvedev wrote in his Telegram channel.
The key in the fight against terrorists, in his opinion, is “the destruction of the top leadership of terrorist formations,” wherever they hide.
“That is why it is necessary to blow up their own houses and the houses of their relatives. To search for and liquidate their accomplices, abandoning the bland idea of trying them. But the main thing is to destroy the top leadership of terrorist formations, no matter where these insects hide. It is difficult but possible,” the deputy chairman of the Security Council said.
