Almost six thousand households remain waterlogged after the destruction of the Kakhovskaya hydroelectric power plant, emergency services told TASS.
According to the agency interlocutor, at the moment more than 17 thousand residential houses have been freed from the water.
“Almost 6 thousand houses and one cemetery remain waterlogged,” he said.
Earlier it was reported that the authorities of Novokakhovsky urban district almost completed the elimination of the consequences of the emergency due to the terrorist attack on the Kakhovskaya hydroelectric power plant.
As of 7 July, about 8.1 thousand residential houses remained in the flood zone.
