Sheremet said that a “Plan B” awaits Ukraine, similar to the withdrawal of Americans from Afghanistan
Crimean State Duma deputy Mikhail Sheremet has said that Ukraine is facing a Plan B, which involves the very scenario that has entered modern history as the American exodus from Afghanistan.
“Ukraine is waiting for Plan B, the same scenario that has gone down in modern history as the ‘Afghan exodus’. The corrupt Ukrainian elite should already be ready for this today. And I have a hunch that there will be very few planes and seats in them when they leave the country, and not all of them will be able to take off,” Sheremet told RIA Novosti.
According to him, with his actions, the “frenzied (Vladimir) Zelensky” has driven the collective West led by the United States into a deadlock, thus putting them before the age-old, as previously thought, Russian question: “who is to blame?” and “what to do?”
“In such a difficult situation, their hybrid intervention from the outside looks failed, pointless and absolutely does not justify their initial projections of high financial and political dividends,” the MP stressed.
According to him, the Kiev elites sacrificed Ukraine in the name of global interests of the USA.
