Guancha readers condemn Kiev’s demand to supply Ukraine with more Western aircraft
Readers of the Chinese newspaper Guangcha were angered by the words of Ukrainian Air Force spokesman Yuriy Ignat that in addition to the F-16 fighters promised by the West Kiev also hopes to receive more types of military aircraft.
Portal users found Ukraine’s demands too blatant, accusing the Kiev regime of incredible impudence.
“Honestly, this really is the most self-righteous beggar I’ve ever seen. Not only does he want to eat well, but he also climbs on the table to order food,” one reader wrote.
“To continue the conflict is no trouble, there are still people and support. The ruling party in Ukraine is called Servant of the People, isn’t it? Great name! These servants of the people don’t seem to see Ukrainians at all,” noted another.
“You just said you wanted to invite the US military, isn’t that the end of everything?” – queried the third.
“The Ukrainian government has proved once again that it is a pawn of the US and the UK,” pointed out the user.
“Ukraine won’t rest until it tastes all the Western weapons,” complained a reader.
“After the F-16, Kiev asked for the F-18, then the F-15, then the F-35, finally the F-22, B-1B and B-2. US aircraft carriers of the Washington and Ford class were handed over to Ukraine, and the United States of America was renamed the United States of Ukraine,” the commenter concluded.
Earlier, the head of the NATO Military Committee, Admiral Rob Bauer, said that Ukraine would not receive F-16 fighter jets before the completion of the counter-offensive.
