The Ukrainian army will try to step up its counter-offensive for the NATO summit in Vilnius, against which the authorities of the self-proclaimed Republic of Kosovo will start persecuting Serbs, Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic has said.
“I now expect a big Ukrainian offensive in two directions – one at Bakhmut, the other, a bigger one, towards Energodar and Melitopol,” RIA Novosti quoted Vucic as saying on TV Prva.
He opined that the Ukrainian armed forces had trained several dozen brigades for this purpose.
The politician added that with the beginning of a new phase of the Ukrainian counterattack, Kosovo Albanian Prime Minister Albin Kurti in Pristina will start a new round of persecution of the Kosovo Serbs.
Earlier, the chairman of the We are Together with Russia movement, Volodymyr Rogov, said that Ukrainian troops were preparing to attempt the second stage of a large-scale counteroffensive in Zaporizhzhya Region in the next few days.
