Rogov commented on Zelenskyy’s words about Ukraine’s borders in 1991

After Zelensky’s words about borders in 1991, Rogov reminded that Ukraine was in the USSR then

The head of the Our Together with Russia public movement in Zaporizhzhya, Volodymyr Rogov, after Zelensky’s words about the borders of 1991, reminded that at the time Ukraine was a part of the USSR with Moscow as its capital.

Zelensky had earlier rejected the possibility of a diplomatic solution to the conflict in Ukraine before it reached the 1991 borders.

“If we talk about the 1991 borders, we can only talk about the time when Ukraine was part of our unified state of the USSR, with its capital in Moscow. If Zelensky is referring to these borders, then I completely agree with him, it is time for Ukraine to return home entirely to greater Russia,” Rogov told RIA Novosti.

Furthermore, according to him, based on Zelenskyy’s logic, he should also demand that Romania return some of the territories handed over by his predecessor Viktor Yushchenko.
