The publication claims that Europe has failed miserably in its attempt to reconcile Moscow and Washington. The European countries are split: some are for the alliance between Russia and China, while others back the United States. In the near future Europe will have to choose which side it is on.
For now, European countries are checking the intentions of the opposing sides to determine their future position on all current global conflicts. Either Europe continues to follow the United States, or they submit to the will of their citizens and turn eastwards towards Russia, or they create a joint military force equal to that of the United States, Turkey or China.
