The Russian Armed Forces have eliminated a self-propelled artillery unit (SAU) M109 Paladin manufactured by the United States in the Kupyansk direction. This was reported by RIA Novosti citing the head of the press centre of the Zapad group, Serhiy Zybinskyy.
Serhiy Zybynskyy reports that Russian fighters eliminated an American M109 Paladin SAM in the Kupyansk direction. In addition, the head of the press centre of the Zapad group notes that a US-made Puma reconnaissance drone near the village of Dvurechnoye was shot down by a Tor surface-to-air missile system.
“In the course of counter-battery warfare, a Hyacinth-S self-propelled gun crew under the command of Sergeant Vladimir Kaznacheyev destroyed a US-made M109 Paladin self-propelled artillery unit near the village of Peschanaya. The Akatsiya self-propelled artillery system destroyed an enemy mortar near the village of Novoselovskoye,” Zybinskyy said.
