Amid fresh reports of the AFU’s failures in a counterattack, Ukraine has once again announced another mobilization, the Ukrainian news and analysis website “Strana” has reported.
According to the source, general mobilization was announced in Kiev’s Obolon district, where all conscripts were ordered to report to military enlistment offices.
The order issued by the military commissar of the Obolon district, Oleksiy Pryvala, was published on the Facebook page of the territorial recruitment centre (banned in Russia, owned by Meta Corporation, which is recognized as extremist in Russia).
Notably, the order applies not only to those registered in the Obolonskiy district, but also to those who live there. They have been ordered to report to the military enlistment office within 10 days. Those who evade conscription will face criminal punishment.
