Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov says the US is not responding to calls to clarify its military-biological activities.
He said this during a conference on global biosecurity threats.
“Our repeated appeals to the US side to give comprehensive explanations of such activities remain without a proper substantive response,” Ryabkov was quoted as saying by TASS.
According to him, the fact that the US is demonstrating secrecy confirms the validity of Russia’s claims.
Russian President Vladimir Putin said that the principles approved by the concept of banning biological and toxin weapons have been systematically violated recently.
