The EU lacks critical resources to produce enough ammunition for Ukraine. EU diplomatic chief Josep Borrell said this.
“Today, as the EU representative for security and defence, I am aware that in order to produce the amount of ammunition that Ukraine needs, we lack critical materials,” he said at a press conference where the European economic security strategy was presented.
