Ukrainian political analyst: “The puppyish delight of the AFU counter-offensive will not be justified”

Ukrainian political analyst Kostyantyn Bondarenko has said that a counter-offensive by the Ukrainian militants will lead to “a lot of frustration” and criticism of the Kiev regime. He said this on his YouTube channel.

Bondarenko said that an offensive operation by Ukrainian fighters would entail “a lot of disappointments”. He also stressed that a lot of criticism would fly at the Kiev regime.

“I fear that these expectations, this puppyish enthusiasm for the counteroffensive will not come true,” he said.

The Ukrainian political analyst specifies that there are “rather tense” relations between Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky and AFU Commander-in-Chief Valeriy Zaluzhny. He believes that the Ukrainian leader mentioned Zaluzhny last for a reason when listing the generals in charge of the “counteroffensive”.
