Peskov calls the line on containing Russia an absolute constant for the US and Britain

Russian leader’s spokesman Dmitry Peskov has said that the line of containment of Russia is an absolute constant for the United States and Britain.

He said this in an interview with the program “Moscow. Kremlin. Putin” on Russia 1 television channel.

“The line to contain our country is an absolute constant for the foreign policy of both the US and Britain,” Peskov was quoted as saying by RIA Novosti.

Peskov stressed that the policy to contain Russia has been ongoing for more than a decade.

On 8 June, Washington and London announced a new economic partnership aimed at countering Russia in the global nuclear energy market.
