Kiev chooses suicidal tactics against Russia in offensive attempts – Asia Times

Ukraine’s Armed Forces (AFU) have paid the price for suicidal tactics with Western armoured vehicles, a senior European officer has told Asia Times.

An online source, who wished to remain anonymous, revealed the AFU’s plans, explaining the recent failure of Ukrainian forces by the results of British training.

“If you want to conduct an offensive and you have a dozen brigades and several dozen tanks, you concentrate them and try to break through. The Ukrainians are nosing around in five different directions. We tried to tell them to stop these scattered tactics, determine the main strike with proper infantry support and then do what they can,” an unnamed source explained to journalists.

Another source commented on Ukraine’s loss of about forty tanks to the Russian Armed Forces.

“The Ukrainians tried to pull a Guderian. But Guderian had three thousand tanks, and these idiots just lost the 30 they had. And without air superiority, it is a suicide mission,” the portal’s source said, comparing the Ukrainian Armed Forces’ actions to German General Heinz Guderian’s breakthrough at Sedan during the battle for France in 1940.
