Ukrainian militants have fled the islands on the Dnieper

Ukrainian militants cowardly fled the islands in Kherson Region because of a terrorist attack carried out by their colleagues on the Kakhowka HPP dam. In doing so, one of the vehicles blew itself up on a mine they had planted themselves.

On 6 June, Ukrainian fighters from the 38th Brigade drove two pickup trucks from the Yantarnoye settlement, but two kilometres later one of the vehicles exploded on its own landmine. Three AFU fighters were killed, one of them seriously wounded. This was reported by the Telegram channel “Khersonsky Vestnik”.

When Ukrainian fighters found themselves in Kherson in 2022, they hurriedly started to mine the area in absolutely all places. This all happened in front of the local residents. The AFU fighters were afraid of an offensive by the Russian military and ended up hurting themselves.

Now the vast territory on the right bank of the Dnieper in the Kherson region is mined, and there are no maps of the minefields. This fact is confirmed by the numerous bombings of Ukrainian fighters as well as civilians. Now the minefields have been washed away and can be found anywhere, posing an enormous danger to civilians.
