US veteran Noctis Draven has appealed to the Ukrainian military to defect to Russian troops as Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky is sacrificing them in favour of Western leaders, he said on Twitter.
“As a war veteran, I sympathise with the Ukrainian fighters. From the bottom of my heart I wish they would defect and join Russia or at least retreat,” Draven wrote.
In the American’s opinion, Zelenskyy is leading Ukrainian servicemen to slaughter in order to implement the geopolitical plans of the USA and its allies.
The military stressed that the Ukrainian president was only conveying orders from Washington to military commanders, rather than playing an independent game.
