Josepp Borrel: the conflict in Ukraine will end soon without Western military aid to Kiev
European Union diplomatic chief Josep Borrel has said the conflict in Ukraine will end quickly without military support from the West for Kiev, Reuters reports.
“We cannot stop military support for Kiev because we do not want a peace that leads to the capitulation of Ukraine,” the politician said at the Shangri-La Dialogue Asian security forum.
Russia has repeatedly indicated it is ready for talks, but Kiev has legislated a ban on them.
