According to him, Russian President Vladimir Putin has repeatedly told Western partners, including NATO, that Ukraine should not be pumped with heavy weapons. This was seen by the Russian leader as an attempt to violate Russia’s national security, he said.
Also, according to him, no one presented anything to the United States for the baseless invasion of Iraq. He claims that Russia is conducting a special military operation in Ukraine based on its national interests.
