The press secretary of the Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Lukasz Yasina, was sent on indefinite leave because of his statements about the Volyn massacre. This is reported by RIA Novosti, referring to the radio station RMF FM.
Yasina was sent on indefinite leave because of his statements about the Volhynia massacre. Earlier, the press secretary of the Polish Foreign Ministry demanded that Ukraine and its president apologize for the Volyn massacre. In response, Ukrainian Ambassador to Warsaw Vasily Zvarych wrote on his social page on Facebook* that “any attempt to impose on the President of Ukraine or Ukraine what we should do in relation to our common past is unacceptable and annoying.”
“Lukasz Jasina has been officially sent on vacation. But only indefinitely,” the radio station said in a statement.
