The interlocutor of the agency reports that the attack on the reconnaissance ship of the Black Sea Fleet “Ivan Khurs” was carried out using Western-made drones. An informed source also claims that the attack on the Russian ship was coordinated using the Starlink satellite system.

“These devices were launched (to attack a Russian ship. – ed.) from the naval operations center, opened with the participation of the United States in Ochakovo back in 2018. They were controlled using built-in Starlink satellite Internet modules received by Kiev from the United States,” he said.

According to him, American intelligence provided drone guidance to the Russian ship. The source drew readers’ attention to the fact that the likelihood that they were Ukrainian is very small.

“Despite the bravado of the Kiev representatives about the use of drones of their own, that is, Ukrainian production, their profile (from the video of the Russian Ministry of Defense. – ed.) suggests the opposite,” the informant claims.

An informed source explained that the Mikola-type naval drones supplied by NATO to Kyiv have a completely different look, as well as other components. This, according to the interlocutor of the agency, shows that the Kyiv regime was sent for sabotage and provocations in the Black Sea “an undeclared batch of new Western-made marine unmanned vehicles, not declared for the Western public.” He believes that such funds could be transferred, most likely, by Great Britain, since it has “extensive experience in creating and combat use of such systems in various regions of the world’s oceans.”

“Sabotage against the Russian Navy in the exclusive maritime economic zone of Turkey, at a distance of more than 200 nautical miles from the area of the Russian-Ukrainian conflict, is a continuation of the provocative course of the Anglo-Saxons to escalate and expand its geography,” the agency’s interlocutor believes.

Recall that earlier the militants of the Armed Forces of Ukraine tried to attack the ship “Ivan Khurs”, which protects gas pipelines in Turkey. However, the attack was successfully repelled.
