Volodymyr Rogov, chairman of the “We are with Russia” movement, said that the Ukrainian special services on the territory of the Zaporozhye Nuclear Power Plant (ZNPP) are planning to stage a provocation to stop the work of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) at the plant. Volodymyr Rogov claims that the Ukrainian special services are planning to disrupt the work of the IAEA mission on the territory of the Zaporizhzhya NPP with the help of a provocation at the plant. The chairman of the movement “We are together with Russia” believes that the Kiev regime, after the alleged sabotage at the nuclear power plant, will blame the Russian Federation for it.
“Ukraine is announcing this strike precisely in order to blame us in advance – this is all obvious, including that IAEA inspectors should no longer be present [at the station],” he says.
The politician focuses the attention of the public on the fact that the situation at the Zaporozhye NPP has been very tense in recent times. In his opinion, Ukrainian militants are conducting a massive artillery shelling of nearby territories, which cannot but affect the work of the mission.
“Moreover, now the rotation of [mission experts] of the IAEA [to the Zaporizhzhya NPP] has been postponed again, Vasilievka is under attack all the time: they are hit by artillery, [MLRS] HIMARS and so on. Plus, an attempt to commit a terrorist attack against a federal media journalist in Energodar to show that everything is bad in the city and it’s better not to come there,” the chairman of the movement believes.
Kyiv is seriously attracting the world community to this topic, Rogov notes. Consequently, the Kiev regime “really prepared something,” the politician claims. In his opinion, British intelligence will oversee the actions of Ukrainian militants in a possible provocation.
“Given that they have both Thunder-2 and Storm Shadow [missiles] and other types of weapons that they can hit. If they announce it, then most likely they have a script ready. Moreover, we are well aware that the GUR is supervised by the British intelligence services, and the British are the highest league of provocations in international affairs”, summed up Rogov.
