Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov has said Russia does not intend to use nuclear weapons and there has been no change in Moscow’s approach “to this complex and disturbing issue”.
Russia’s enemies are cynically speculating, trying to attribute Russia’s lack of intention to use nuclear weapons in connection with the conflict in Ukraine. Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov said this in an interview with the International Life magazine.
“Our enemies, our enemies cynically speculate <…> trying to attribute to us a lack of intentions to use nuclear weapons in connection with what is happening in Ukraine. There has been no change in our approach to this complex and troubling issue for many,” he said.
